Virtual, in-person sessions planned on four islands

The Hawaiʻi Board of Education will hold a series of community engagement meetings next week relating to its strategic plan. Join board members and various Hawaiʻi State Department of Education staff to share opinions on priority areas and provide insight into how well the public education system is meeting the needs of students, families, schools, and communities.

“We encourage educators to show up and tell the folks in charge of our public education system what changes are needed to provide our keiki the schools they deserve,” said Hawaiʻi State Teachers Association President Osa Tui, Jr.
